I shot a grizzly with two cubs

shot this bear 15 min from my home in Castlegar bc... Mama and two cubs , all three eating a road kill deer... with my Canon,,, thats how we chute these bears in the kootenays..

went for a smoke at like 1030 last night....had a face to face encounter with a GIANT black bear!!!! biggest one ive ever seen in my life!!!!! stood about 5 feet off the ground on all 4's.....had to change my pants

It was not my hunt. It was a buddy of mine that took the pics last year. The bear pics were taken in Alaska. I believe he said it squared out to 10 foot something.....

How cool is it that he takes his dog all the way to Africa to go hunting with him!? Nice thing about a Jack Russel.....it will fit in your carry-on.
