I need some insight

My rpms also vary, but one thing im finding that is constant is ,pipe temp, ive been all over the world with clutching, but am finding a hotter pipe will increase rs, and colder pipe reduces rs.
I see 81 8200 for the first part of a pull than it will hit 8350, this motor seams very peaky and relys on heat to bring out its best.
I did get my tps adjusted as it was out of spec but all other issues were rulled out by my dealer.
The stock secondary works best for quick on off throttle, and iv gone to a 120 340 primary.
It also notes in the manual, in warmer air temp to drop 2 grms of weight.

I would try MORE weight...my 163 x 3 pulls 66.4 grams at 9,000 to 11,000 feet, 8400 rpm on steep climbs. I think these sleds like more weight than we are used to with the pros. I am running the Bikeman pipe, Diamond S can, Bike man primary spring, Gold Star weights, and stock secondary, with one delrin washer. Very happy, and it performs on the hill.

First thing I always do is put a new belt on. No sense in trying to clutch a sled that has a bad belt. Go back to completely stock to make sure none of your mods are causing the problem.

He was running 66g weights at 6-8000 ft and barely seeing 8k rpm. Put all back to stock form with really no change, Tried scotch brighting clutch and a new belt with same results. Hes actually started another thread since we did compression numbers.....Appreciate the responses and the help, but really think hes got something pretty major going on
