I NEED HELP!! Straightline 950 bigbore ????

I have a Sraightline 950 bigbore based on the 06 800 rev motor, I can't get the thing to develop any power. My 500 fan machine gives me more power right now. I put this motor in another project, got the motor blown up, replaced the pistons had the crank redone, and replated a cylinder. I took the motor out of the 06 chassis, wire harness, clutches, carbs everything. I put it in my project, and can't get it to run worth a crap, just like it is in retard mode. I called straightline and they said that the motor has to be tricked into thinking it has a problem in order for it to run the program for this motor. I asked how they did that and they said either thru disconnecting the air box sensor, the tps sensor or both at the same time. One of those 3 spots has the program to run the motor. They had reprogrammed the box for the motor, which I understand that that needed to be done. My problem is this, I have done all of that and it changes nothing, I get about 7k rpm out of the tack on a stand in the shop , and about 6200 under load. I've changed clickers from 1 to 6 to see if any change and I might gain 200rpm tops, I hard jetted it , compensated it, taken weight out of the pins and still no difference, What the heck is going on? It has twin crank shop pipes that Came with the motor, we did cut and fit them to the chassis. We thought that may be a problem, but took it to a pipe builder and he says they are fine, he put a set of test pipes that are straight to see if it made a difference, and nothing, He put it on the dino, and got 58 peek horsepower output on the motor. He even tried to see what 670 electrical would do and all it did was run a little worse. I have changed stators, coils, reeds etc. I am out of ideas, so if there is anyone that can help before I scrap the motor, I am all ears. I seen this machine run before and it was incredible, Know the guy that raced it and he said he remeber an engine light having to be on for the motor to run and remembered it beeping as he rode it, telling me what straightline told me was right. Please help, getting depressed and a little ticked at the project. Thanks......Steve

Start with the basics and move up

-Compression-check-what kind of PSI

-Fuel-not necessarily jetting but adequete fuel flow to the carbs be sure there is not too much, a bad tps switch or broken wire for tps will cause a very poor performing sled as well

-Timing, maybe send out to straightline to have checked if they programmed once just to varify.

-DPM is supposedly bypassed so that is not an issue, double check, where are carbs vented to? Carbs need to be vented to the airbox or outside of sled. If not vented properly the sled actually builds pressure under the hood and will pressurize the float bowls and cause the sled to run rich.

-ex. valves, checked but look for any possible leaks in diaphrams or leakage anywhere, maybe pin up permantly to see if peak rpm is made.

-air intake, what kind of airbox intake set-up are you running, maybe the air flow is restricted or inconsistant flow.

start with the simple and move forward.

Good luck

I have checked the compression it is good on both cylinders, I have had the timing checked and crank indexed, both good. I have air pods on it, no air box. The straightline big bore does not use exhaust valves, so that is ruled out. I thought aboout the vent lines earlier today, I checked that before talking to straightline, but have not checked it since ttrying the sensors. Sending the box back to sraightline was one of my next options to makesure the box is still programmed. Thanks for the help, I will check the vent lines tomorrow first thing. If you can think of anything else, I am listening. Thanks.......Steve
