How well does a shovel / probe fit in the Dakine packs? That's my only hitch, pics would be cool.

Another thing to consider too, is some of the packs as they are getting smaller are getting harder to get some shovel blades, handles, and probes into. So for the packs that store that stuff on the outside dont worry too much, but for the packs that those items go inside try and call the company and ask what will fit or works best etc....
We have had a ton of people switching shovels this year, almost everybody who bought a new wary avivest, becuase with the slimmer profile having a shovel that doesnt have a big goofy blade makes a world of difference
