I've been using a Fly pack but it's wearing out and I don't think I want another. What are you guys using these days?

If you want just a regular pack and no air bag, I would get a Klim Nack Pack, I ride with one and love it, a lot of room for how small it is and very comfortable!!

Hope this helps,

Ryan

I have both the Klim nack pak and an original HMK backpack. For me the Klim is little too small for me on most days. I use the HMK most of the time because I am able to stow more stuff in it.

BCA

I have the BCA Float Throttle 22. Lots of storage, but not like wearing a big honking regular backpacking pack.

My non airbag packs were also BCA's but I can't remember the model. Pretty low profile and room for the basics. Boy, there are alot of choices out there these days though...
Klim
HMK
BCA
DaKine
North Face
Mystery Ranch

All sorts. I did like the looks of the Klim one though.

Klim Crew. LOVE mine. The Nac looked way too tiny for me, didn't realize how small it is until I looked at it in person. It is a little heavy even empty, but has a ton of nice features. I really like the beacon pocket, as well as the nice soft goggle/phone/camera storage area with pocket of my keys. I keep meaning to strip the hydration pack out of it to lose a pound or so.

I'm also a fan of HMK. I have had their Backcountry pack for years and haven't had a problem with it. It sits in the closet a lot now as I switched to an airbag style pack for most of my riding (BCA Float 30), but I still like using the HMK for riding around home here in the flatlands.

my hmk pack works great.

I also have a northface backpack I've been using for school 3+ years now. I regularly carry 30+lbs in there(laptop and books--and yeah I actually weighed it once) and it looks just like the day I bought it, great backpack.

BCA Float 30, Klim Nac Pack here and HMK here.

All three are great packs but the Float gets used the most.

OGIO, Northface and Dakine all make nice packs too.

ABS 15L, Dakine Heli Pack, Klim nac pac. Will sell the Dakine, black like new, if interested, $45.00.

The Klim Nac Pac is a great seller but it is rather small, followed by the Krew pack which has sold towards the top for us. It is traditional size and is well thought out for the snowmobiler. Including probe, shovel, tool, and goggles specific areas. But the best selling for us this year so far seems to be the Motorfist Cornice pack. I think it has a little bit to do with the fact that it is an OGIO brand bag that is branded for motorfist. Great storage, and it comes with the OGIO warranty and quality product guarantee. Along with the ability to have a water bladder etc. The thing I like about it, is it holds the most out of smaller packs that we sell, but when not full it doesnt look like it is that big.

Take a look at the bags we offer, they are all on one page so it makes it easy to compare...

Super happy with my Dakine pack, Im pretty hard on my gear, frozen often, occasionally stuffed to max capacity, ect ect. Ive had it 4 seasons not a single issue :face-icon-small-hap I highly recommend it if you dont wanna be replacing things often.
