I need a Mikuni main jet flow chart

I have used a flow chart given to me years ago, in which the cc flow does not equal the stated jet size, for example the 480 jet flows 430cc and the 540 jet flows 466cc. I contacted Mikuni by email asked for their flow chart for their main jets from 400 through 700, their answer was that the size stated is the actual cc flow. Example a 500 jet flows 500cc and a 600 flows 600cc. They also stated that the head pressure was a question. I haven`t been able to talk to them, so I need clarification, can anybody help that knows for sure. Thanks much---Ken

Watch where you get your jets. Manufacturers like Mikkuni etc.. will stamp their jets number by flow rate. Other jet manufacturers (aftermarket) stamp their jet's number by hole size. This may be where you are seeing the difference in flow. The sizes are close but are a few steps apart. Substituting an aftermarket jet where a factory jet was although the same size number on the jet, the aftermarket jet will run leaner
