I really enjoy reading all the new headlines on Fouled Plug .....its as if everything I have said ..forever has fallin on deaf ears ...now suddenly its news ..

heres a little refresher

how about the part the part where Iran now has the "Bomb"....

how about the part where Muslims are a bunch of radicals that can't wait to wipe Israel off the map .....

oh and they do love to behead ....people ..even their wives ..in Buffalo


how about the part where the US is going straight into the tank thanks to Obama and all of the democrats with their leftist bullsh1t.

Isn't it funny that we (Canadians) punch holes in the ground and drill for oil and have capitalized on our Tar Sands while the US still buys 20% of our oil ....no matter where it comes from ....

Canada drills here there everywhere ....Obama and his fawked up cronies wants to stop clean coal in his country and now wants us to stop us from our oil rich economy ...

Obama can suck it ...we thrive and drill, mine, or what ever it takes ....you guys better muzzel this prick before his disease spreads any furthur

Millions of us are trying! But Congress, Main Stream Media, people who don't bother to do any research, those college students (not all) who don't think for themselves and buy into their college professors' bull, all those on welfare and in unions don't give a crap because they believe and want what the man says instead of bothering to look into his past, his record, his associates, his hypocrisy, his lack of experience.

How many people do you think bothered to look at the man's voting record before they voted for him? Anyone who doesn't like to work loves BO because he'll give them my money when I've scrimped and saved and gone without.

You should hear the protests from foreigners who fled their socialist countries and came to America and became citizens here to get away from socialism. The MSM won't report on the hundreds of thousands of petitions being signed, protests being held, the dozens of lawsuits against Obama because he's sealed his birth, passport and other records or anything else that lets their Dear Leader look bad. They ignore his hypocrisy and "do as I say, not as I do" and listen to his smooth speech. I was unhappy with Bush, and McCain wasn't that hot of a choice either, but this dude is really scary. Combine him with whose leading Congress and half the country is freaking out, but you won't see that from the MSM.

Obama promises he won't take our gun rights away, and he can get away with saying that because there are plans, starting in Illinois, to make you have astronomical insurance if you own a gun (like criminals are going to do that). The # given was a million dollar policy, but I haven't verified that.

Obama got his schooling in Indonesia, a mostly Muslim country. I'm not saying he is a Muslim, but being indoctrinated in that culture, how could you have a love and respect for America and it's Constitution the way Americans can?

If it wasn't for socialized medicine, I'd move to Canada! Our Constitution is being ignored and twisted anyway.

all the spooks over their keep saying that phrase "socialized medicine"

we have it soooo goodthat you wouldn't even know what to do with yer self ..

I live in the Yukon and don't pay a dime for my medical..the kids get their teeth done ..if I have an issue I book an opointment period we don't even think about it ...

not sure what you guys are sooo afraid of ?????

H2SNOW, I agree with your original post but wanted to answer this question for you, by asking you a question. If we went to a "socialized" system of medicine down here Obama, Pelosi, and Reed would be in charge of it. Would you still want that system?

I wouldn't want a sugar cookie baked personally by Nancy Pelosi for fear of what kind of strings would be attached to it!!

Does it depend on where you live and how populated it is maybe in your region? I don't have a clue cuz I don't live there, but I know several doctors who left to come down here, talking about how bad it is in terms of how they have to treat patients (course you never know if it could be that they make more $ here).

I've heard stories of Canadians coming down here to get health care, i.e., pregnant women who need care for complications and can't get it there, a guy with a brain tumor who would've been dead by the time he was able to get in to see a specialist. Those are just the couple I remember. Maybe they live in highly populated areas where there's a longer waiting list to see a doctor?

But I agree with Schism that anything attached to those running the show here now would be disastrous. They'd attach a bunch of provisions of who could and couldn't get it. In the stimulus package currently there's a bunch of money given to colleges/universities, but not if any sort of religious gathering happens on campus at all. There's other stuff like that where they choose who is worthy and who isn't, like if you don't want your little girl to share a bathroom with a confused transgender person or a pedophile posing as a gay dude, you're discriminating. Or if you don't want your boy with that same kind of person in Boy Scouts, you're the bad guy.

On that note, lest folks think I'm not tolerant, I've worked in the medical field for over 20 years and there's pretty nasty stuff medically that happens with this lifestyle that you never ever hear. Has nothing to do with AIDS/HIV or all the crap that comes along with that. I wouldn't want my kids subjected to any of it.

Breaks my heart when I see some teen boy who's been assaulted for so many years that his "plumbing" doesn't work right and he has all kind of horrible physical issues, but we're supposed to be tolerant of the lifestyle. I know several people who choose that lifestyle, one's a relative, and the people are great people, but their lifestyle is really damaging and I have the medical records to prove it.

But I got off topic sort of. Back to socialized medicine...how does it work exactly?

You pay really high taxes, then wait in line for service. It is true that some people have died waiting for medical procedures to be done!

lemme give you a lil tip ...If on wednesday I needed to get a hernia op ..they would would book me in for Friday ...cuz I gotta have 12 hours to fast ...I walk out go thats nice and never look back..

you guys have just been forced to think that you gotta pay for your hospital visits ..I on the other hand ....just giver till I puke ..

Like a slightly disfunctional ADHD kid in a candy store with a no limit visa card! In my region of the country the regional health boards are trying to get a honda civic to ride like a bentley. Always asking for more money, newer hospitals and ever growing waiting lists. We have 2 tier medical in BC right now, if you got the bucks you get fixed yesterday. Socialized medicine only means socialists doling out the medicine bucks. Most of them are heavily unionized and all the true talent left for the states long ago. We got left with the ugly sister of healthcare. Try it for yourselves, not all it's cracked up to be. Maybe then all the good doctors will come back.
