Ok peeps, enough is enough! What is the goal of all the open forum Pizzing and Moaning, finger pointing and accusing and chit stirring?
Is it to improve the site?
Is it to improve your personal experience?
Is it for the betterment of society?
I am not one to address issues in the open forum. If I have an issue I will seek to resolve it privately, it has worked quite well for me. But this BS in the open forum is cause enough for me to break with my traditional methods.
I am asking everyone here, no matter what side of the fence you are on to take a step back. Assess what is really important in your lives, and what is worth fighting for.
Speaking directly to some of you peeps, are you proud of your actions at the end of the day? Is this how you would teach your children to react when they feel they've been wronged? Would your parents or your spouses be proud of you?
Honestly the biggest driving force pushing me away from this site is the constant drama that permeates clear into the basement where I tend to hang out.
I'm relatively new around these parts and can not speak of the good ol days beyond a year ago. No doubt that mistakes have been made by the powers that be, but our behavior in the open forum has done nothing to minimize the impact of those mistakes.
If I leave this site it will not be because they want a couple bucks a year, or that I don't like this peep or that peep or heaven forbid some peep said something about me that offended me in some way. It will be because the experience here will no longer be worth my time. My time is of value, as I'm sure yours is.
So for what ever this is worth this really is a plea to all of you, to give this a rest.
