Unless there is more to the story than I am understanding.....
There was no malicious intent.
This won't sound popular, but if you can get off for temporary insanity (which
is usually a crock)
then why can't you get off for temporary stupidity? (which seems genuine in this case)
We need to stop allowing the lowest common denominators to continue their multiplication.![]()
So if I drink too much on New Years and get in a wreck killing someone, can i plead temporary stupidity?
If I am texting on my i-phone and run a stop light and kill someone on the crosswalk, can i plead temporary stupidity?
Stupidity and ignorance are no excuse for poor judgement, which I feel is a form of malice.
