I hate that drive A LOT! I did it a few weeks ago and had a head/crosswind all the from Burley to Mtn. Home.
Did I mention I was alone. I figured out how to make fried mac n cheese though.

Lucky you. If you need some suggestions for a place for dinner here is two. If you like sushi the Happy Sumo at the Gateway is really good. If you like mexican the Red Iguana is excellent.

Got 16 bottles of hard bar for a 10 day fishin trip, do I have enough? Nope!
I haven't tried it, but will have to. If you haven't had the red iguana, it's a must. My two favorite mexican places in the state is them and a little place in Midway (by Heber City) called Tarahumarra. MMM.
