Looks are deceiving. lol They're high energy little pains in the a$$ but I love them.
To warm and no snow.
Mid 70's here. Better than High 80's
Breakfast was eggs with green chilis and pepperjack cheese with my homemade hot sauce. ummmmmm!
Okay, this is what you need.
1.4 or 5 nice japalenos(sp)
2. 2 or 3 big cloves of fresh garlic
3. 1/2" slice of a big nice onion
4. 1 can Del Monte diced tomatoes with green chiis or the Mexican stewed recipe
5. Garlic salt and pepper.
Boil the japalenos untill a little soft. They'll usually start to look a little white.
Chop up the garlic and onion and throw everything into a blender/processor kind of thingy. Put in the tomatoes also. May be a little salantro(I dont use it). Little bit of salt and pepper, not to much. Blend to the consistensy you like. This is the first time I've ever tried to tell anyone how to make it. I think it will be a good start. Then you can make it your owm.
I make killer chili verde. pretty spicy too. i like to take it to work and watch all of their noses run.
Wimps
I make a green chili also. It will take the paint off of a car. It's getting that time of year.
