Conditions & Weather:
Interstate 90 is closed indefinitely due to high avalanche danger and naturally occurring snow slides. The roadway is closed eastbound at milepost 34 near North Bend and westbound at milepost 106 near Ellensburg. Avalanche control work is presently underway. Due to the weather related nature of this closure an estimated time of opening is not known. Updated information will be provided as details become available. // Snowing hard

Conditions & Weather:
Update I-90 Snoqualmie Pass remains closed until avalanche control work is complete. WSDOT crews continue working through heavy snow to make I-90 safe for travel. Best case scenario: If the snow lets up considerably, we will be able to clear all of the main avalanche areas and have I-90 open late tonight. Worst case scenario: If the snow falls as forecasters predict (20 inches in the next 24 hours), avalanche control efforts will delay the opening until sometime Wednesday morning. // Snowing hard

Live to ride another day!!

I was helping my old man plow there drive way, they live off Golf course road exit. On one side of the road they have a bank that is pretty steep but small. It was sliding today and I have never seen it do that, They cut that grade 3 years ago. These were only 10 to 20 feet long and straight into the ditch, but I can only imagine how high the danger is in the hills

Still Closed---May not open before tomorrow afternoon with the snow that is forecast:D

Will have about 5 feet of fresh for thursday---YEHAWWW!! Everything will be a challenge--have ridden in it that deep before---a real fuel burner---it is going to be AWESOME.

But you will not see me on the steep---Just in the deep!!
