I put some thought into this when I had my dually. Down side is of course hydraulics and everything associated with them. I currently have your old sled deck and is great for the mean time but my next truck will be a crew cab dually with a 10 foot hydraulic flat bed with several attachments, one with my camper on it, one for sleds and one with sides for hauling dirt.
