that has happened 2 times around here! and yes they both brought it through the check station! one guy shot a mule too...thought it was a mule deer! some people are just plain stupid!

The mule was from the early 90's and it was a out of stater that shot it. Mule still had shoes on its feet. I mean, I can understand shooting a mule, just cannot understand wasting your tag on it...

A yearr before that a guy from the airforce base shot the worlds largest mule deer buck on the sun river game range ran it through the augusta game check in and was bragging about it. It was a 6x6 bull elk.
