Supposed to start shipping end of this week. Specs from an email below...

Clayton,

I think that you will be glad to have waited for the small changes that we are finalizing. We believe we will be shipping by the end of next week.
Here are some specs for the 2010 M-8 : weight savings from stock muffler to the HPS silencer (-17.5 lbs), HP gain over stock (3.3 hp @ 8100
rpm peak, tested at 5000' elv. and corrected for Sea level). The price for the HPS silencer for the 2010 M-8 / M-1000 is $389.00 ; In other words
the cost per weight savings is $22.22 / lb of weight lost. Compare this to the industry's standard of $120.00 / lb weight lost for most other light
weight components offered in the sled industry.
Clayton I hadn't forgot about you, thanks for enquiring however. We are working with a New 2010 M-8 HCR just in case you were wondering

how did you get in touch with scott? i have an 07 M8 and i am looking for a can. i think i would spend the ching for a 17 lb weight loss. that might just be because the 10 800 stock can is the size of a 55 gallon drum also. haha

Give him a call. Scott is definetly a great guy to work with! I can't wait to get mine!

Hps can

I dont have a sound clip but have had people come over from the next caynon over to see what made that sweet sound. My buds can find me by my sound. LOVE THIS CAN. have had it for 3 years

hey

A2dsledworks here in Anchorage has them on there website for sale here in town. Check them out, new shop.

Not sure about the shipping but since the cans are made in Shelly Idaho many of the local dealers sell them. I bought one for my 07 M1000 from Pocatello Power Sports. I absolutely love it. I did a side by side weight comparison with my stock can and saved just over 14 lbs. At idle and low RPM's it sounds nearly stock, but when your power valves open up it screams. Very well made cans, and worth a little extra coin imo.
