Thats a good one

I run a underground utility company, that would be an amaising amount of hydraulic pressure in the sewer mains to make that happen. If you are on top of the east hill, well all the sewer manholes would probably self destruct before they backed up to you. Think off 100' of head-losts of pressure, nice sales pitch though give that one an "A".:)
 
If you are really worried about it you can do like what was already mentioned and install a flapper valve inline. That would allow all your sewage to leave but nothing can come in, kinda like an old dryer vent on the side of a house opens to allow air to leave but if you sprayed it with a hose would not open. You can install one on your main sewer line before it exits your crawl space. You probably have a 3" pipe, the parts would be around $100.
