How to set oil injection on 04 rev?

spend a few dollars on the parts and just delete it, premix is far better, less stuff to break, more reliable oil ratio no matter what rpm.
If you look below your carb boots you will see the injection unit. When you hold it full throttle the line on the moving arm should line up with the arm on the body.
Oil pump adjustment
Factory setting: Shim the throttle lever just enough take the slack out of the cables going to the carbs. Pull the cable going to the oil pump out of the adjuster housing until oil pump is wide open. Measure the distance between cable end and end of adjuster. Factory start point is 16.5mm. I ended up at 18.5mm to get 33 to 1 ratio. You setting may vary! With a used cable 17 mm should be safe.
The line method was used on the zx chassis sleds, revs are different.
