How to get cooler engine temp?

I know this a Axys. But for what it’s worth, I did the bypass and the MTNTK cooler on a PRO and the results were just so so. The tunnels just don’t get the snow up inside like you’d think.

I have the cooler as part of their turbo kit and it must be working because it runs cool. Use the sled at times on SAR searches on packed snow/ice and spring time dirt trails without the usual temp rise. It'll go up of course in non snow situations but nothing like when stock or my previous Pros.

Everything else being equal (although it never is) will an engine running 15 degrees cooler make more power?

Would such a change require Polaris to re-certify emissions with the EPA?

I am still running the 2.6 flap. Would a 3 inch flap or an aftermarket flap help? Very frustrating.
