I have a rusty ceramic coated pipe how do I get this stuff off without harming the ceramic coating or scratching it

A towel and mothers aluminum polished works great way better than anything else I have tried......

theres a product by the name PEEK can usaully get at hradware
stores in the kitchen cleaning supplies , will look like knew
comes in a small squeeze tube.

aluminum de-oxident is the best stuff for that. clean it when the pipe is not warm.
that's what the guy who powder-coated mine told me

cleaning

with my dyno port ceramic stuff they sent instructions to clean by using 000 steel wool then coat with some spray silicone.

I usually spray it with carb cleaner then hit it lightly with a scotch brite pad. Once the rust spots aren't as visible I polish it with a Powerball and it looks like new.

I asked the SLP guy that exact question at the snow show this year. He said, HOT water (as hot as you can stand) and soap. Then use mothers or any other metal polish. Its best if you use a polish that has silicone in it.

mothers aluminium polish and a powerball.
rub it on with your fingers, let it dry a little, and then buff off.
shines up great.
