how to adjust sensitivity on pro armor tether

Does anyone know how to adjust the sensitivity on a pro armor tether switch?
Mine does not shut off when tether is pulled, I have to push it in a little.

As far as I know they aren't adjustable I could be wrong though do u have slack in the wires so it can move freely? I've never had a problem with mind I'd send it back to pro armor or to where you bought it from. Good luck

Cut the zip tie closest to the tether. The wire isn't getting enough slack to let the plunger go all the way.

Thanks guys the zip tie makes sense, when the tether is not mounted it works fine. I will try that right...........NOW.
