2001 ZX chassis/ Summit 800. Can I swing a 2.3 inch lug 2.52 pitch with 8 tooth anti ratchet drivers? Will there be enough clearance up front by the heat exchanger? Or do i need to go with a 7 tooth?

Thanks

not sure about the zx but I fit a 2.3 under my rev with 9 tooth drivers. just take a measurement.

thanks BigJohn. I have 9 tooth antis now with 2" lugs and there is no way a 2.3" will clear and I did't want to drop down to a 7. So 8 tooth it is. Thanks again

I put 8 tooth extroverts under an 02 zx and a 2" paddle and I had quite a bit of clearance. I think it would fit but you wont have the good clearance to evacuate snow and air. I think you would accomplish more with a 2.25 and 8 tooth drivers. I think you would reduce the air friction and evacuate snow much better which should result in more track speed. Just my 2cents worth......:)

Bones69 Do mean i should use the 7 tooth for more clearance?? How much clearance do you have with an 8 tooth and 2" lug??
