How much gas are you burning through? GPH

I will be running a 2011 CRF450R with fuel injection and a mototrax kit to get me into the back country.
Where I go I never came close to running out on my 06 900RMK. Just wondering what size gas can to get? Smaller the better or wondering if I'll need one.
I used my sled primarily to get my gear into snowkite territory . I'm thinking with a bike I may play a little more on the low wind days than I did with the RMK.

Planes of Abraham?

yep. And when snow is only at higher elevations we hit Adams.

Get a big jerry, you don't always need to fill it but its nice when you do want more fuel.

In the second picture that is the least amount of gear I'll be hauling. So, a smaller tank is the best. Basicly an emergency tank. If I dump that can in the tank then I'll start heading back kind of thing.

Depends what size tank is on your bike if you have a big tank or stock mx tank.
I use 4 gal on a normal, day and I'm sure there's lots of people that ride harder than me.

I'm running my stock tank on my 2009 CRF and carry the mountain addiction can, haven't run out. I think you could go pretty far, we never go way far back its mostly a little ways in and play all over so hard to say how far it will get you. I hate the feel of oversized tanks. MotoTrax is using the Rototrax or whateveer can I'm sure you put on of those on and you'll be good.
