Well ladies and gents I have a question. You see my wife and I are are getting divorced and as Part of all the Joy that surrounds that I have been looking at the cell phone bills.to make a long story short I added it up and hers were a bit over 42,000 minutes last year.Does that seem insane to anyone else but me? As a side note over half the average month was to her boyfreind as much a 4000min + in a single month. She thinks Im nuts to even suggest that might be excessive so I leave it to you to decide !

I have 500 minutes a month on my plan, and use about 300 of them every month. Times twelve, that's roughly 3600 minutes a year. I would think 42k is alot yes. Women as a species have their phones stuck to their heads waaay more than men!!!

I just dumped my personal cell...sick of carrying two cells around. My work cell has 500min on it...plently for me.

I use mine all day long at work, probably 40 to 50 calls a day dealing with mental health clients and their assorted issues. Never go over 2000 minutes a month. :clock::clock::clock:

And she wonders why I get angry when our home looks and smells like a the dog pound and she does not work! She wants me to send here to college as alimony. I told to piss off and that she has a bright future as a tele-marketer.

I will pay you to call her and ask about her "mental health issues ":D

impulse control issues are apparent with possible obsessive compulsive behavioral tendencies:eek:

chit, we may even have to throw in a formal personality disorder diagnosis :face-icon-small-con

the last several years, I would run through about 4000 minutes a month. But!!!! it was all work related calls to many many different people. With that said, I was pretty much on the phone all the time during the day. For periods of the day I would hop from 1 call to the other. then again in the late afternoon and evening it would go non stop again. Id say I felt it was pretty excessive for me. Constantly being on the phone? Yeah! confirmed. I was making money though so for me it was justified.

42000 minutes, 366 days (leap year) = 114minutes 45.246seconds PER DAY.

Almost two hours on the phone EVERY SINGLE DAY last year? That's A LOT.

I don't use two hours a month... i'm on a $15/mo, 200min plan.... what I don't use rolls over, and I have a -lot- of minutes left. (I hate phones, and verizon hates me)

never owned a cell phone, never will.

I don't get it. Why does everyone have to be in constant contact with people all the time?
