How long has Cabin Creek snopark been non-motorized only?

Screwing around on Poser Pass the other day and came back to Crystal springs sno-park from Easton via the trail along the yakima river. The trail through the trees to the power lines was not groomed like it used to be. We ended up at the Cabin Creek snopark only to be scowled @ by a FS ranger. She acted like there never was a way from cabin-creek to crystal via snowmobile, but I know we used to do it.

Anyway, we found a small trail with a rickety bridge and 3 water crossings that freaked some of the riders out.

So the only way to go to Easton now is past Tacoma pass? Any way to get to Turtle town for a turtle burger without breaking any rules once you get to Easton?

I doubt any Snowesters will ever admit to riding Poser Pass area, so you can PM me if you are embarassed. :)

Thanks

sno park has been non motorized for about 4 years or so ,,,,,you can get into easton via the reload sno park than work your way back to easton and pick up the trail around the state park ,,,,,,we use to go under I 90 just before the park in a lg culvert and over to turtle town.............call chuck at the resturant and he will tell you how...............::face-icon-small-hap

There was a bridge over the Yakima just down from the Cabin creek snopark but they tore it down. From Crystal we used to go down the John Wayne to Easton, eastbound is open but not sure how far any more. I have to go east on the John Wayne to get to my 10 acres since they closed FS road 403 to everybody but blind skiers. No joke!
