how is the snow in steamboat?

Just trying to decide where to go next week.Is it all tracked up or fresh powder or the forecast would help.thanks

Rode Buff/RE this weekend and most the open areas are pretty tracked. Snow is setting up as day time temps are getting warm, almost March like. The snow in the trees is still soft enough to be able to have fun and lots of treed areas that I found that didnt have a single track in them. We were basically new to the area and still had a great time, but new snow is needed. The forecast is almost depressing at this point with no new snow in the near future.

shelbwyo pretty much summed it up. More tracks everyday and no chance of snow in the forecast until the 29th.

I dont see any tracks in these pics but mine...there is good snow to play on and its better then a day at the office any day
