I'm posting this for subman a fellow sled head on here. His sled only has 200 miles on it.And polaris is NOT going to warranty it. Not damage from rocks stumps pinecone or squirrel. Somehow it just came apart I'm not knocking polaris but there warranty sucks here is a pic. Polaris should stand behind there product a little better

First the drive belts took a crap, then the driveshafts took a crap, and now A arms are taking a crap. There are starting to be too many of these for Polaris to ignore for too much longer.

Wonder what kind of clamp polaris will come up with to fix these!!!!!!! LoL

If they refuse warranty, tell the dealer OK, we will just keep riding it. Its a safety issue and it sounds like many are coming apart. They know there is a problem and the last thing they need is a safety recall....They just need a little "push" to warranty it. :face-icon-small-dis

We think this is bad, im nervous about seeing what they do for 2014, because i would guess they will try to make the pro even lighter yet...

Didn't I just read another post about this as well?

Wow, Pol really is building some junk.

I love the Pro chassis, its amazing, but they really need to do things different if they want to 'keep' any of these new guys on Pros more than a season.

It's a quality control issue not a technology issue. I hope they keep pushing the limit but please hire some competent companies to make these parts.

And if you notice they are all the back arms on the same side! Of all the pics that were taken none showed the weep hole, was there any glue in the holes? I bet the bores were oversize or the tubes were at the bottom of tolerance? I am sure someone is starting to cringe in the QC dept. Do they paint the arm from end to end, or leave bare for the adhesive to contact with bare steel? Bet it wasn't worth a darn in the press fit dept! They cannot let this go on much longer, too much of a safety hazard! I bet there has been a few meetings on this, and they are trying to back pedal as best they can. They will make it right someday!

Polaris flat sucks if they keep denying these for warranty work. WTF. Make sure you have a bead of Lords visible where it extrudes out the top after injection. No bead, no bueno.

There was an early recall and both my lowers were replaced day before I picked it up.

The originals looked like the above (no glue evident at the junction) and the new ones looked like the worker was pissed and said "here, now you got enough??". They have over 3/16ths oozing out. The glue there is also the hardest on the sled.
Even with this obvious difference the dealer was told by Poo it was because the sway bar mount was installed wrong (I couldn't see a mm of difference).

I wonder if maybe they all didn't get changed. Does Poo have a place to go if you want to check claims or recalls for your serial no.?

Even so is this really Poos denial or are we dealing with lazy dealers. I mean really, is there not a service rep that visits and checks your warranty pile and answers questions about warranty claims that were spit back anymore??
I've seen a couple of pics now where anybody with the least bit of common sense and mechanical ability can see it is a defect because of the glue boys.
