how do you disconnect the TORS on an apex

how do you disconnect the T.O.R.S. on an apex? thanks

I was wondering the same thing. last week i rode in bedford for the first time and i kept getting a 84 code. i don't know if it had anything to do with the snow flying over the hood all day....

1. Remove top panel
2. Open up the big rubber boot containing multiple connectors
3. Find the black connector and white connector, each have only one wire coming into each end. Disconnect them.
4. Connect the black with the white on the side coming from the engine compartment. Leave the black and white unconnected on the side coming from the throttle.
