how are you guy's getting your old name back

It's telling me that my old name is in use. apex I sent a email to snowest admin. but haven't heard back can any put some light on this matter

I screwed up and typed the wrong user name in. This is supposed to be unchangeable. P.M.ed the admin, and he had me fixed up within 10 minutes. Pretty good service for the amount I'm paying!

They've been real good about fixing these things. Give them time. 20000 + users and lot's of issues.
