My family thought the union would of been the best choice for me, I didn't listen and have no regrets.
The unions can be a good thing and I seen both sides. One of my family members ended up working at mcducks and driving a people mover to be able to get his full retirement. They went on strike and the company said fine don't let the door hit you on the way out teamster.

Do not confuse this with the savers law, this is NOT it, hidden in plain sight.
If you meet specific retirement savings and income criteria, the federal government will directly deposit an amount into your designated retirement account.
Above sight not visible on the light screen unless you roll over it.
Like everything else this administration does, when it comes out to the public it's already to late.
