I believe you that you got stung, but you’re blaming a blanket method of lending and ignoring the individual situation.
I also know that nursing homes can put a lien on any mortgage or title to satisfy monthly payments or debts if nothing else is available.

It wasn't us that got stung, we were asked to step in and when we seen for ourselves how easily a reverse mortgage can be profited by others and it's horrible.
I did a service call yesterday and there was an outside $250.00 dinner plate banquet for senior citizens, giant tents an orchestra and there's this big three tier water fountain on the property and in front of it they put these five foot letters saying HOLLYWOOD.
I just shook my head these old people are like children at the ways of this country today, they don't know and don't need to.
For the people putting this on though, completely different story, sick you know what
