Mainly he’s doing nothing to fix inflation, printing money and throwing it at inflation is counterintuitive. As far as fixing the supply chain, again he’s been nothing but lip service to get this fixed. Granted, it’s not an over night fix, but just look at Florida saying to Cali, ship the containers here, we’ll un-load them. Then they just get trucked back across the US.. Biden should tell Ol’ Newson to get it all unloaded. Again, apparently it’s not that simple.

California Assembly Bill 5 (AB5) is a piece of legislation signed into law by Governor Gavin Newsom in September 2019. It went into effect on Jan. 1, 2020, and required companies that hire independent contractors to reclassify them as employees, with a few exceptions.
Question, why do you think companies hire independent contractors in the first place ?
Answer, because they don't have to carry the requirements like insurance , liability, equipment, maintenance and employees .

Each ship holds about 20000 40 ft containers.
That convoy would ve like 200 miles long.
Hopefully owner operator drivers can keep their contractor status.
Seems like uber and lyft were the target of the new ABC requirements
