Hot Dogger Question

I was putting a new muffler on my sled the other night and wondering where I could mount a hotdogger or muffpot. I sure am jelous when the guys I ride with open up their ovens and start eating warm lunch while I eat a cold granola bar. :face-icon-small-fro I am wondering if anybody has found a good spot to mount an oven on a 08'+ Nytro? I was thinking I could cut an hole in the cover that is behind the seat over the muffler and drop it down in. Your thoughts?

I've got AAEN exhaust on mine, always thought if I could get someone metal savy to fabricate up a little door I could easily access one thats strapped to the side of the exhaust. Instead, I just buy food for my Arctic Cat bros providing they put it in their muffpots. Seems to work out.

hotdogger yes sir!!

Works fricken good. I needed to seal the area up a little better, but it is all just trial stuff right now. I made some parts just screwing around and they worked good enough that I figured I would just use it. My skidoo jerry can holds the lid down..

It is pretty gheto, but I think it fits right in with my sled... lol

thats a pretty good idea about putting your exhaust out the side like that and freeing up the a** end for gear n such. does (or did) that work out pretty good? any issues with getting snow in there? thanks foe the idea.

It worked out really well. It was mostly just a trial run / test configuration, or at least it looks like that. Access is the biggest issue, as the hot dogger gets pretty hot and I didn't leave much in the way of access on this version. Next version should be better... lol.

As to snow, I ended up having to block off more of the area where the exhaust exits the side of the tunnel. It could use a little more, but it still works really good.
