horsepower question????????

can someone tell me what the horsepower on a 2000 summit 700 is ???and also what hp is on a 99 rmk polaris 600???

Here's a total shot in the dark guesstimate for ya. I remember hearing that my old '99 RMK 7 was about 128 ish, so i'd think you'd be safe in saying that the Summit is anywhere in the 125-130 department (if my info was correct to begin with).

As far as that 600, probably somewhere on the lower side of the 105-115 range, maybe?

j roc, your 99 was nowhere near 128 FYI, maybe 118 on a good day. If i remember right the summit 7's were in the 115 to 120 range, maybe a touch more but not much.

700 Summits were about 119-121 HP, not nearly as strong as the 670 Xs they replaced at 128-130!

yeah, the 700sum is in the 120 range

The RMK has better horsepower. Meaning it will get to the snow better then that year Summit. I wouldn't be able to guess at numbers but the 700's of that day were in the 120's. More closer to the bottom side of that number then the high side I can be for certain!
