Ron, thats a bummer. :face-icon-small-sad Let me know if there is anything you two need help with. Jeanette, if your game for riding let me know. It could be a mini ladies ride. :face-icon-small-hap

Sorry to hear dude! The quicker the repair the better for this type of injury. Then 4-6 weeks in a brace and active movement after that. Sucks bro!

Thanks everybody for all the kind words and offers to help. Pretty bummed out to say the least.

Hey Kim, that's exactly how it was explained to me.
Only one thing missing. 4 to 6 months to be 100%, but I can live with whatever gets me through the motions. Just not sure it will be on a sled.:face-icon-small-dis

Thanks again:beer;:beer;

Hate to be the bearer of bad news....but, 1 year to full 80-100% recovery. My experience professionally, and through my rotator cuff repairs. The repair is never as good as what we once had when we were younger! :Cry: But, get the right surgeon and the right PT post-op....follow orders and you will be fine!

Ouch...all that from pulling on a ski...I sure hope it was your own!

Key to any type of major injury is going to be exactly what you said...great surgeon and tightly following your PT regiment.

Many positive thoughts in your direction hoping for a quick and full recovery :beer;

Oh come on. Stop trying to cheer me up already.:smow:

With my great insurance they don't allow the best of anything.:face-icon-small-con

After your back to 100% I would suggest :beer; with left hand :beer; with right then repeat. Maybe part of your PT.
Sucks to hear now that the snow is getting better.
If it would help, I'll let you fix the crap that I break:face-icon-small-win:face-icon-small-ton

Misery loves company. Let's see... You, me, Duner all off sleds for this season now. I say... party at the Putzerosa. :)

Kim does make a good point. heal it right or pay for it later. Be patient and we'll all be riding together next season.

Gimp-Fest Eh???? Sounds like a senior home with crappy food.:face-icon-small-dis

Crappy food? NO WAY, Jose. the food here Rocks!

I will vouch for that! Some of the best shrimp I have ever eaten were at Casa Samak!!!

Heal up Ron and do what you're told. Kinda like being in Elementary School again! You'll
be glad you did when it's over.

damn dude that sucks. Guess you can keep GPs sled looking good and get the bikes all shiny and looking gravy approved for spring.

Repeat of everyone else, take it easy when they say to and push it hard when they say to.

I'm game and Melissa is too. Anyone else? Oh and no smart AZZes with wigs!!!!!

OK pick a weekend (just not the weekend of Feb. 13th) and yeah, no smart azzes with wigs!

Ron, I have had food at Rocks..............you wont want to go home, he can cook. :hungry:

Blue sky's, great people to ride with and we had a fantastic time.
Thanks Ralph/AKA/PJthemunchkin, Hector/AKA/1Mex, and Hector's co-worker Jason for making the trip to ride with us.

The day started off bad with Ron pulling on a ski the wrong way and possibly ripping his left biscep muscle. Thanks to Hector for meds he rode the day out. He's going to be bruised good in no time. Oh and it's sick to look at.:face-icon-small-con

Here are some pictures of the day.:face-icon-small-hap:face-icon-small-hap
