Honda fixed strut rod length

Have a used kit and bike and am almost certain we got the wrong length strut rod. Dang near need a ladder to climb on this thing and has a ton of ski pressure. Its an older st 120 (11-12) on a 02 crf 450. Does any one know the center length eye to eye. The current one on the bike is 14 1/4"

Correct length for that bike fixed is 13 5/16.

Also make sure you don't have one of the older rods with two hole options. If you need one I have one I would sell
