Anybuddy have rental propertys or know of anyone that has a house coming up for rent. My only real requirments are that it has atleast a 2 car garage (need storage for the sled and jeep) Also maybe getting a little cocky but if it had a deck that I could put a four person hot tub on that would be great. Please let me know

I dont mean to hijack your thread aksleds, but im looking for a rental as well, but in the Eagle River/Chugiak/eastside Anchorage area. If anyone had something 2BR+ and less than 1500/month or know someone somewhere, that would be fantastic. We havent had much luck and its even harder when you are 350 miles away. Just 19 days and counting until we move.

Get ahold of Cindy at Greatland Realty, I know they handle rentals and they might have something in the ER/Chugiak area.

Thanks for the info, but we've already checked with them and no luck. Went to two apartment places and about six realtors, with little success. Everyone says the rental market is tight right now.
