I just wanted to say thanks to HMK for there excellent customer service. I had a buckle break on one of my backpacks. I didn't even ask for warranty due to it being my own fault for the failure. i shot them an e-mail and they responded back to it in less than an hour. Lucas didn't even ask what caused the failure. He asked me which one failed and shot me an e-mail back and told me one was being shipped that day.
This is the type of customer service that keeps a company in business and keeps me buying their products. I just wanted to let you guys know about another company that stands behind their products and should be supported.
