i ran a pair of pro boa focus boots this past season and they are the best boots i have owned. my feet stay warm, dry, and comfortable and there is plenty of support for my bad ankles. the only wear they show is on the sole from kicking snow off my running boards but its not bad, just scuffed. i would definetly recommend them.

Our riders used the Pro Boa Focus and loved them, I'm not sure if they leak as much as the riders feet seem to sweet in them, next year Kirk said they have a few new surprises coming out, just my .02

you can get a better boot for much less from any of the snowboard manufacturers.

Just make sure you know where your money is going. A lot of Ski/Snowboard companies are putting money into groups that fight against you as a sledder. Sometimes spending a couple of extra bucks towards a company that supports your sport is a good thing!

Here are the differences. The forward cant is farther(more aggressive) on the snowboard boot and the soles will not hold up to clearing snow on the running boards. If they have a lace system, you have to duct tape the top of the snowboard boot so that they don't cut the inside of your riding pants and eventually the side of your seat

absolutely great point northmnsledder, plus i believe in buying a snowmobile boot for snowmobiling...i just recieved the hmk action gloves today and i am impressed. there made out of goat skin , i googled leathers and goat skin came up as the best leather.
