Hmk Boot Warranty?

Is there such a thing? My pro boas seemed pulled out where the tounge attaches to the boot. Will they do anything for me? Thanks

had problems with the sole pulling off mine so i sent them in. they sent me a brand new pair and i got them back today. great service. call them up. 541-386-3262

I had a problem with mine, the straps on the back of the boots pulled right out.

They weren't even sewn in properly...

I got an email from Kirk right away, at 9 at night...

It was basically an FOAD email.... "Oh, those straps should have been cut off at the dealer...we knew there was a problem.... fix it buy cutting off the straps with scissors"

Yeah, right, I paid some decent $ for a pair of boots, that are poorly made, and leak, and the customer service was sub par....

Won't be buying their product anytime soon...

Honestly, i've had boots from walmart for 2 years, and they look brand new, funny thing is my buddys wear Klim, Yamaha etc boots and my feet are the LAST to get wet. Fancy name doesn't equal good quality. I know i'm sorta off topic but things wear out eventully better off buying cheaper stuff and buying it twice.

I'm not crazy about their products durability, but they do have good customer service. Kirk sent me a new pair when I had a problem.

I ride DC's now, much better boot imo

Wow, I'm surprised!!!!!

I am totally surprised to hear the bad press about HMK. HMK was the best to deal with when I had issues with my boa system, they don't even make the boa system. They took care of me way beyond my expectations. I would like to know both sides to those bad experiences. I would buy HMK stuff without any hesitation. The new tech jacket is awesome! those walmart boots may not wet through but they dont have any support. ive worn my hmks for a year and been wet once when i was standing in a creek. they have worked great for me and the service is good.
