Anyone use their gear? I am thinking about getting some for my wife and would like to know if anyone likes it, dislikes it, or has any opinions on it. Thanks!
HJC coats & bibs????? How are they?

I have two Jackets and bought my father one several years ago. Warm, dry, no problems.

I used their gear years ago and it is nothing like Klim. Its fair at best. I would not want to spend the night in it. Not bashing here, but gear is very important to me after a few unlucky rides. Klim is too expensive, or so I thought, but there really is nothing better. I sent them an 8 year old pair of bibs and told them I thought I was getting wet. They tested them and sent me a brand new set. Nothing better, and no better warranty. For backcountry riding I would not use HJC, but I do use their helmets.
I've got one of their suits I use for playing with the kids, blowing out the driveway etc. Not bad stuff for the $$$, but there is better out there. If your wife is going to go with you more than once in a while, keep looking. If she's warm, you'll enjoy your trip a lot more 
With that said, my son wears HJC and never complains about being cold/wet etc. We are frequently out in -20F to -40F.
