im thinking of going, yeah they had some forms for voting at spirit mountain. hows ur recovery coming kevin?
Kicking the idea around. The last two weekends i've managed to miss the partying for various reasons, doh! So maybe I can make up for it at the banquet heh.

It's getting there...I am just glad I can walk and talk without drooling on myself (or at least as much drooling as before) Pretty scary there for a while. My bruises are turning all sorts of different colors and my left calf is all swolen up (i think the sled caught it) Still a long road ahead...
Dennis Coan (#287) brought my sled back to the shop yesterday. It looks like I am going to need a Nun and a new hood, but other than that, the old girl took it pretty well... no damage to the pipes or engine and she still starts and runs.
P.S. - vote for Dennis for Sport rider / Rookie of the year. the kid had a great season!

1pm meeting
I see there's a driver's/rules meeting scheduled for 1pm Sat- is anyone planning on attending and maybe bring up some of the stuff that was discussed in the other threads recently? Kevin, Matt, Kory; you guys and others had some ideas, but is it going to go anywhere beyond this board? I know some of the ice guys had a pow-wow in ER last weekend and they'll probably want to continue some of their conversations from that, so maybe somebody should call Wally and see if they would just want to meet with the hill-x guys at 3 or so? It might be a good opportunity to hash some things over since alot of us will be there anyway and this past season is still fresh in our minds. I don't have much at stake in this deal, but I would like to hear what others have to say and maybe throw my 2 cents in. Yay or nay?

Good question. Tomorrow and next Fri are supposed to be the last two TV times, but the only WSA race I've seen on TV was the ER Derby. I see Brainerd and Portage are on the website though...
I'm also wondering is there was there some mistakes in the season points too? I'm sure the final points had been posted last week, but the points from Spirit are gone now?
I tried to collect some "suggestions" but had very little luck. I would be happy if they started on time...
If the weather was gonna be nice I was thinking I'd ride my bike up there and back. But the weather is going too chilly for that so I think i'm not gonna be making it. oh well. I'll drink some beer here for ya guys!

Wally said racer numbers were up 7% when hill-x and ice are combined and he didn't go to the banquet to watch people throw paper airplanes...
I really dont think the hillcross numbers are up...maybe less people racing more classes?

id definatly agree with vedin winning semi-pro, no way warner should.

The best injury category would be morbid. Did it seam like there were more injuries this year than typical? We should tally a list (which I guess this is a bit morbid).
