Hikers Parked in Turn-Around (Gold Creek/Hyak 1-14-13)

He should not have parked in the turn around. But pulling close to someones trailer is fine if that is what you have to do. Happens at Baker, Gold Creek, etc. all the time. You pull forward at the end of the day to load up. Don't get your panties in a bunch.

I've never understood why this is such a problem? Our riding areas parking situations are very limited these days.

The existing sign is pretty clear to me, but I wonder if better signs would work. Why is it that this sign doesn't use the internationally recognized "P with the slash through it." Accompany that with the information on fines and towing. Use red lettering.

Thanks for posting these.

Love the comments ripping on sledders. Geez. Can't we all just get along? I love how the hikers justify bad parking by bringing up a few law breaking sledders. Stay on topic people!

And for record, please leave room behind our trailers if you can. Pulling out into traffic at gold creek isn't practical as it's one way and busy.
