High idle after riding

That is what it is supposed to do. Needs to burn off the excess fuel in the pipe. Mine would never idle down or would rarely do it. Pipe sensor fixed mine. The sensor itself should be white/light brown like a spark plug. When I checked mine, it was completely covered in gas and oil.

Ok. Ya mine was light brown and looked good. Sometimes its idles high for 20-30 seconds sometimes less it may have been doing it all along just didn't notice it till I herd others mention it.

The idle on my alpha goes up and down from 1500-1900 rpm all the time, especially when cold. slowly builds then slowing dies down. anyone else seeing this?
