High idle after fix it kit

I have an 09 dragon. I put the fix it kit on it. And now the idle is running high around 2700 rpm. I took the throttle bodies off and cleaned them, no change. I turned the idle screw down as far as I could and now it is about 2200 rpm. However now it is running like it is running on one cylinder. Pulled the plugs and the mag side plug was noticeably cooler(to the touch) than the PTO side plug. It has been a while(1000 miles) since I've changed the fuel filter.

I've gone through it a couple times to check connections, the green washer was included in the install of the injectors. I'm at a loss. I was running fine before I did the fix it kit install.

Thanks in advance.

Pretty common with the fix kits I've installed. I have just started making it common practice to send the sled to the dealer after the install and pay them the 1hr service fee to have them put it on the computer and go through all the adjustments and settings to make sure they are right. My dealer charges me just an hour of labor to do it and they set it perfect... everything from TPS to idle is then spot on.

So I took it to the dealership and they said that the TPS is fine but it is throughing 11 different codes. Most of them including the stator.

They also said that the mag side cylinder is not firing. But when pulling the plug it is arcing to the head without a plug in it.

Does this sound like a bad stator?
