Better plan on having about 8 jobs.. Small 1 bedroom condos are going for $750,000.00. A nice 3 bedroom house will set you back about $1,500,000.00. We were walking around just above my buddy's place around the Silvertip Golf course and walked through some houses that are being built. HOLY CRAP !!!!!. Huge fricking places that will be in the 5 million range. The lots alone are around 1 million.

Its too bad there isnt any sledding around canmore, its not in a national park, I dont think its a provincial park..is it just that there is never enough snow, or what is the deal out there?
