here is a question for control box gurus

A little history, my 2011 sled with 2011 silber turbo kit has continually been running worse and worse to the point that the last trip had to rent for two days as it had a severe bogging aroung 6500 rpm. Anyway before the trip noticed that the blue light was coming on at idle. take sled anyway. while renting i leave sled in heated shop for two days. still running like crap. get home to unload sled, start it and notice at idle i have 3 yellow lights on, then 10 sec later 2 yellow lights then 10 sec later one yellow light then goes to the one blinking green as normal. the whole time the sled idled about 1800-1900 rpm. Also noticed that when running I was having red/blue mode on while WOT.

does this sound like a controller issue or maybe a TPS issue
Also I tore the sled right down checking the reeds and every other electrical connector. all is good.

I have heard others complain about the sub standard electronics with these kits .
Lightening 800 on the forum has suggested this .

That is a tps issue. Also check your primary spring.

pretty sure your sled is going through "warm up mode" when you first start. Mine is an HM kit, and does the same thing on initial startup. As for the other things I don't know.

your box is bad. have seen the same thing in 2 other sleds. Dobek has something like a 20% fail rate with the boxes. They know it.... Bottom line is your box is bad. doesnt matter what you chase with everything else it wont run better until you put another box on.
