About time!!!

I was feeling real weird with all the models showing this to be OUR El Nino and California, BC, Oregon (everyone else) getting our snow!
Now i am glad i kept the stock powder track on the sled!

Looking ahead for next year with the ENSO 8 month delay we might get another 2007-2008 situation where the second year is the big snow accumulation.

WOW! Going to be alot of fun! Just remember......we have a very very solid base now (pretty much ice on saturday at stampede 1/8/11) and now were throwing ALOT of new snow on top of it. So think twice before hitting that monster hill, and make sure everyone wears there beacons! Should be an awesome weekend. Everyone stay safe and have fun!

there's some hoar layers in that "very very solid base" the rains didn't make it as high up as some think.. i'd say the base is interesting right now and more so in different areas. thats my take and 1st hand from this weekends outing.

either way.. down with feets of new :) i can play safe. :face-icon-small-coo

Wouldn't you know it - they already , within hours have revised the snow amounts to about 1/2 of what they were. Typical ............ weathermen, the only job where you get paid to 99% of the time to be wrong !
