Seriously, Prep H wipes work and lots of cleansing. It's a swollen blood vessel that is the problem. Takes time and a lot of patience to deal with it. Good luck to ya.

Theres another medicine, Ansol beside Prep H. Sometimes it helps when taking hot bath to heal the pain then put Ansol or Prep H on it.

Quit washing your A$$ with harsh soaps, and lotion up once out of the shower.
Worked for me.
Found out the harsh soap and dry climate was my problem... No issues now.

and stop pushing till your eyes pop out when you pooop, I heard that can cause/aggravate them.....kinda makes sense I think....lol
