O.k. which way on the jack shaft behind the secondary clutch is that little cup like protector plate suppose to be installed? To me it looks like it should be covering the bearing but on the microfish it shows it towards the clutch?

Probably depends on which sled you have, dunno. But on my Polaris it has a grease zerk that goes out towards the secondary, the cup holds the bearing in place.
