HELP!!!!

My brother bought a 2010 polaris assault this summer with 800 miles on it looked it over everything was clean and apparently had no issues. So we got a couple of inches of snow today and went out riding. After riding for about an hour his sleds light turned off and then the sled died. We started it up again and the gauges wouldn't light up after like 30 seconds or so the rpms increased and then he shut it off and it wouldn't start again. So we left for an hour thinking maybe it overheated and went back after 15 pulls it started with no gauges again then the rpm increased and she died. Its chillin in the bushes so i can't really get a good look but we pulled the plugs and they were bone dry. Any help would be appreciated so we can get this thing rippin for winter

Thanks

jamie

most definately the voltage regulator, and if you ran it very long with it out the ecu is bad also. If it still runs you may have got lucky with the ecu but with it dying on you its probably to late.:face-icon-small-sad
